A correction or a new app
The useful message names one app, one specific behavior and one public source with a date. A release note, a changelog entry or a post from the developer changes a row in the app support table. A screenshot of your own account is not needed and should not be sent.
Partnership and press
The same address takes commercial and press enquiries. Any paid placement is labeled where it appears and is kept separate from what an app has published.
Privacy requests
Saved apps, comparison choices and checklist ticks stay in this browser and are cleared from it directly. Those features upload nothing. For anything already sent by email, reply to the original thread so it can be matched.
